Locarno has chosen the zero-carbon road!
The past few days we handed over to the City of Locarno the keys to an Electra 1.0 sweeper from Tenax International, the first of this model in Ticino!
"We are proud to be able to be the first entity to equip itself with a machine with these features in Ticino," said Environment, Territory and Sports Department head Bruno Buzzini, stressing that it is "a contribution to environmental protection, because we now know very well the importance of every single small major action in this field, which in parallel thanks to modern technologies also brings great advantages on the front of daily use by operators."
We thank the Locarno City Hall for the trust and wish good work to its operators who will surely appreciate its performance, its quietness and its very small size, which is also excellent for cleaning the narrow alleys of the historic center!
